Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. For original artworks, larger pieces, or custom framing requests, additional preparation time may be required.

Domestic Shipping

We offer tracked and insured shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier services, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International collectors are welcome. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking information and are insured for the full value of the artwork whenever possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging

Artworks are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit. Framed works, canvases, and delicate pieces may require custom crating for added protection.

Delivery Notes

Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you promptly.
